An Act Changing the Name of Urdaneta General Hospital in the Municipality of Urdaneta, Province of Pangasinan, to Amadeo J. Perez, Sr. Memorial General Hospital
Section 1. The name of Urdaneta General Hospital in the Municipality of Urdaneta, Province of Pangasinan, is hereby changed to Amadeo J. Perez, Sr. Memorial General Hospital.
Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
