PRISONER’ CARPETAS

Effective immediately, no carpeta of prisoners shall be forwarded to the Board of Pardons and Parole without a written request from authorized personnel thereat. The original copy of the written request must be filed on a separate folder for future reference and a photocopy of said request must be included in the carpeta. Requests made through the telephone and other verbal communication shall not be favorably considered. For your guidance and strict compliance. Adopted: 24 Nov. 1994
