Deputy Commissioner Internal Administration Group MEMORANDUM Further Amendment to Joint Order 1-91 Implementing the Comprehen sive Import Supervision Scheme (CISS) For your reference and guidance, attached herewith is a copy of the amendment to para graph 3 of Joint Order 1-91 so as to include sub-paragraph (m) (herein, which exempts from SGS pre-shipment inspection, importations by enterprises/firms registered with the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA). The amendment which has been jointly signed by the Secretary of Trade and Industry, Secretary of Finance and Governor of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, was duly noted by the Monetary Board under its Resolution No. 447 dated November 10, 1993. Please be guided accordingly. Adopted: 18 Nov. 1993

"importations by enterprises/firms registered with the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA), subject to the implementing rules and regulations jointly promulgated by the SBMA and the Bureau of Customs" Adopted: 25 Oct. 1993
