Nalbuphine Hydrochloride (Nubain Injection) 10 mg/mL with DR-X3037 may be sold only in the authorized outlets listed in Annex "A" and in government and private hospital pharmacy. This supersedes MC 20 s. 1992. Adopted: 4 May 1993
