* Attached herewith, for your information and guidance, is the text of the letter dated March 12, 1996 from the Office of the President, Malacañang, Manila, to the Digital Telecommunications Philippines, Inc. containing a ruling as to the tax status of the * latter, subject of the herein 1st Indorsement dated March 27, 1996 from the Asst. Secretary, Revenue Operations Group, Department of Finance, which is self-explanatory. All concerned shall be guided accordingly. Adopted: 09 May 1996
