Counter-counterclaim
C
A counter-counterclaim is a claim that may be asserted by an original counter-claimant against the original defendant. It arises in connection with the defendant's counterclaim.
Specifically, if the original plaintiff ("A") had a claim against the defendant ("B") related to B's counterclaim against A, A could raise this claim as a counter-counterclaim.
