Conveyance

- An act that a party may be directed by a court to perform (Sec. 10 Rule 39, Rules of Court)
- One of the specific acts that can be enforced through the execution of a judgment, often involving land or personal property
- Something that is executed, like a deed of conveyance, to effect the transfer of ownership of property, particularly real property, which may be the ultimate goal in actions like specific performance
- An action that the court can order a party to perform, such as executing a conveyance of land or personal property, or delivering deeds or other related documents
- An effect that a court order can achieve; in lieu of directing a party to execute a conveyance, a court may issue an order divesting title from one party and vesting it in others, and this order carries the same legal force and effect as a duly executed conveyance
